Recipe for oatmeal cookies
Yields 10 servings
1 cup flour for all uses gluten free
2 cups old-fashioned wrapped oats
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1 cup raisins
Dark chocolate chips for coating, optional
